Operating in the north of England at Huddersfield in West Yorkshire we utilise the most superior circular knit technology to knit viscose/polyester/nylon & elastane yarns we produce the finest quality jerseys.
This knitted griege fabric is then either provided to merchants/converters nationwide or further processed in house at our modern finishing plant.
The finishing plant (dye works) comprises of advanced high-tech machinery and equipment of European origin. The fabric is dyed to match any pantone reference or matched to a sample swatch through concise colour matching at our in-house laboratory, when the fabric is loaded into the dye vessel it is either in tubular form or open width depending on the product and the desired outcome. When the dye cycle is complete the fabric is further prepared for the drying and heat setting process and rolled and packaged for despatch.
We operate our own fleet of vehicles to carefully transport and deliver the fabric for bulk orders and call to the Midlands and London on a weekly basis.
